Returns Policy
Because our products are personalized, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and provide photos. - Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost. - Non-returnable Items
Customized products cannot be returned for reasons such as “change of mind” or “wrong size ordered.”
